Service questions
Know what working together involves.
How individualized printed mail is scoped, produced, mailed, measured, and handed off to sales.

Do you have customer case studies?
AmpTrend is starting with its first client engagements, so we do not yet have customer case studies to share. You can review the illustrative pilot on our site and evaluate a scoped proposal, named responsibilities, and a review point before deciding on a broader engagement.
How is AI used, and who checks the work?
AI can assist with drafting and organizing campaign work. A named operator remains responsible for the agreed program, with customer-facing messaging, approvals, spending limits, and exception handling defined before launch. We agree on permitted data and tools during scoping rather than assuming access to your systems.
Who is this for?
Businesses with an established offer, a relevant audience they can reach by mail, and someone ready to act on qualified responses. We assess audience fit, mailing readiness, and sales capacity before proposing a program.
What can I hand over to AmpTrend?
A customized print campaign: audience and offer planning, individualized creative, print and mailing coordination, response handling, qualification, and reporting. Your proposal names the pieces, variations, volume, approvals, and responsibilities included.
How much work stays with my team?
You provide your offer, brand context, relevant account access, and approvals. Your team handles sales conversations, proposals, closing, and delivery to your customers unless a different scope is agreed. We establish an approval and handoff routine during setup.
What counts as a qualified opportunity?
We agree on customer fit, interest, and the next sales step before launch. We distinguish inquiries from qualified opportunities, booked appointments from attended appointments, and pipeline from confirmed sales.
Which channels and fulfillment are included?
Printed mail is the core channel. We scope creative variations, print production, mailing coordination, and delivery issue handling in the proposal. Digital support or other channels are added only when agreed. We do not fulfill orders for your customers.
How is a program priced?
The proposal separates setup, program management, and external costs such as printing and postage. Piece format, variations, mailing volume, follow-up needs, and reporting determine the investment. Spend limits and changes are agreed before production.
How soon will I see results?
We set a launch schedule and review period around the channels and your sales cycle. A scoped pilot establishes a baseline and tests the approach. Results depend on your offer, audience, budget, and sales follow-through; we do not promise a fixed number of sales.
Do I need to learn another application?
Your engagement is managed by the team. We agree on a practical way to share approvals, updates, and reports. Client access can support that process when useful.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
We review outcomes, costs, and what we learned, then decide together whether to continue, change scope, or stop. Ongoing terms, asset and account ownership, and the handover process are documented in the proposal.
Does a pilot require a testimonial or public case study?
No. Permission to publish your name, results, or testimonial is a separate decision. We do not require a positive review as a condition of the service. Any published example needs your permission and supporting evidence.
